Clients rely on our investment advice in making investment decisions and executing transactions. Smooth execution of discretionary orders, in the case of which only boundary conditions are set by the client, makes it possible to continuously expand our client portfolio. Subject to a client's consent, we also look for interested sellers willing to enter into an agreement for sale of securities covered by a particular order.
We provide agency services in transactions executed in response to tender offers. We execute block and redistribution transactions (with a value exceeding PLN 50m). Thanks to our deep understanding of the clients and their needs, rewarded by their confidence in IPOPEMA Securities, we can successfully place shares on the secondary market (secondary public offerings).
Transactions are settled in a quick and efficient manner thanks to a reliable accounting system, which for many years has supported the operations of other brokerage houses in Poland.
Security of trading and compliance with applicable regulations falls within the scope of responsibilities of the Internal Compliance Officer. This position is held by a person who has worked with regulatory bodies of the financial market for several years.
The Brokerage Department, headed by Mr. Stanisław Waczkowski, employs 9 persons.
